Wholesale Policy

MAHANNI offers wholesale opportunities for retailers, independent businesses and professional resellers interested in purchasing our fragrance products for resale.
1. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to availability and confirmation by MAHANNI.
Wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and available products may vary depending on the product, brand and order volume.
Wholesale orders are separate from standard consumer purchases and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Becoming a Wholesale Customer
To enquire about wholesale purchasing, please contact us through our Wholesale / Reseller enquiry form or by email.
When submitting an enquiry, please provide:
- Business name
- Contact person's name
- Country
- Email address
- Phone number
- Type of business
- Products or brands of interest
- Estimated order quantity or budget
We may request additional information before approving a wholesale account.
3. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
Prices quoted by MAHANNI are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wholesale prices may change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed for an accepted order will apply to that order.
4. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to wholesale purchases.
The applicable MOQ will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation process and may vary by product or brand.
5. Payment
Wholesale orders must be paid according to the payment terms agreed between MAHANNI and the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
Wholesale orders are prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation.
Wholesale shipping costs and delivery conditions are calculated separately from standard consumer orders and will be communicated during the quotation process.
The free shipping offer for standard retail orders over €49 does not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
7. Product Availability
All wholesale orders are subject to stock availability.
If a requested product becomes unavailable before an order is confirmed, MAHANNI will inform the customer and may offer an alternative where appropriate.
8. Returns & Damaged Products
Wholesale returns are subject to prior authorization from MAHANNI.
If products arrive damaged or there is an issue with the order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide the relevant order details and photographs where applicable.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization.
9. Resale
Wholesale customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the resale, marketing and distribution of the products in their respective markets.
MAHANNI does not authorize wholesale customers to represent themselves as the manufacturer, owner or official representative of any brand unless expressly authorized to do so.
10. Brand & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, photographs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Wholesale customers may use approved product information and marketing materials supplied by MAHANNI solely for the purpose of promoting and selling the products, subject to any applicable brand restrictions.
11. Wholesale Account Approval
MAHANNI reserves the right to accept or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.
Approval of a wholesale customer does not guarantee availability of any particular product or brand.
